Location

Our workshop is based in our high street store in Devizes, Wiltshire, so your equipment stays with us whilst we source parts and carry out servicing and repairs.

We do ask for a booking in and diagnostic fee, currently £20, this small fee covers our time when diagnosing the issues. We will contact our customers to discuss the repairs and should our customer decide not to go ahead with repairs the fee is non refundable.

Due to the high demand for our services and a limited supply of experienced hifi engineers these days, repairs can often take longer than expected and customers should consider this before leaving their hifi with us.

We will carry out work on most hifi components, including amplifiers, speakers and turntables, please note, we exclude all in one mini systems, i.e. those where a CD, amp and tuner are in one box. These systems are no longer cost effective.

We have access to an extensive supply of parts albeit new OEM parts or old new stock, including speaker driver replacements, vintage electronics and valve replacements.

On the rare occasion that a component is not an economical repair we will advise on replacement items.
